Grey clouds had been hovering the sky and pouring non-stop ever since I touched down on Motherland on Thursday. The rain came on-and-off very frequently, just like a tap. Awhile it drizzled, the next moment heavy downpour.

Even though it had been raining cats and dogs for the past 3 days, it certainly didnt dampen my feelings to meet up with my Gaultier babes. Again, someone didnt turn up for our gathering. This time round was Isabel darling, cos she was away on holiday in Bangkok. Well well, attendance has been "6-minus-1" all these while, so tell me wats new? Well well, the rest of them were late as usual. Waited for Bing n Robert for 30 mins, Brian kor for 1 hr and Angel darling for 1.5 hrs. Champions right?? (What else can I say??) Dinner was at Marina Square Centrestage Genki Sushi. The waiter had a hard time serving us, with me requesting for this and that. Wait, before you pass any comment, dont forget that Im also in the same service industry and that I used to be in this job, wearing the same uniform too. Thats why I tend to be more picky towards Genki staffs! Firstly, the server didnt repeat my orders. Secondly, after he REPEATED my orders, he served me the wrong items. Thirdly, I requested for an additional chair way before I placed my orders, but only got it till 20 mins later. The cashier gave us attitude as if we owed her money. I-ra-sha-i-ma-sei, the most important word can be bearly heard. (Hello, where are the Genki spirits and values that Baba used to teach us?) Haiz.. Think bestie is going to roll her eyes and give me that kind of looks when she read my posting about service. Whaha..

Round 2 of our gathering was totally unexpected to chill out at Balaclava. Call me Sua-ku or watever, its my virgin visit to Bala. Yesh, I know. Im totally so uncool about it when the bankers' corner has been around there for quite some time. Had a few rounds of Tuborg Beer from Copenhagen, Denmark. Angel n Bing darling left early cos 1 gotta leave for Bugis, the other going back early to rest cos of work the next day. Chilled out with Brian kor's bunch of funky friends, like Sarah, Shan and Sany. They are really nice people to hang out with.

Didnt want to explore the place cos it was simply too packed for me to squeeze through that place. So I sat quietly at a corner, and noticed this cute guy who sat right next to my table. Clean face, single eyelid, tall and smart looking in his all black shirt and pants working attire. Robert dared me to go up to him, say Hi and ask him whether is he interested to join ManHunt '07. Before I could say anything, Bing scrutinised him from head to toe, and said that he was a little bit out of shape and definitely not suitable for it. Haiz, what a pity, but definitely a good catch though.
