This trip is nothing but full of shopping, shopping and MORE shopping.
And on mission to help my friends to buy some stuffs too.
The night before this flight, went out to celebrate Ah Bo's birthday. Had dinner at Mr Bean before heading down to Ah Pek's pub for drinks. And mini ktv session. First time sing songs with Ah Bo was indeed.. Well, funny. I mean interesting. Had a few drinks before we called it a night. By the time I reached home was already 2330hr. Gosh! Cargo bag not packed. Nails not painted. Homework not done. Water not refilled. Topcoat dont know put where. Haiz.. So damn disoriented. Only set and ready at 0115hr. Thought couldnt chat with our dear Dr. Ang cos he was already in his dreamyland, but only to hear that familiar ring tone ringing. So touched that he woke up just to chit chat with me for an hr. Hehe.
Slept for less than 3hrs and gotta wake up and start preparing for flight. Argh!!
Touch down in NRT, immediately changed and went out in 10 minutes time. Chop-chop-curry-pok in a swift and we were shopping in Aeon. When it comes to shopping, all of us suddenly forget fatigue. Haha. Bought some drystore and food back and the 5 of us went to the crew room for chit chat-gossip session. Oops!!
Next day morning, went to the temple at the village. My must go place whenever I do SQ 12. A serenity place for me to recharge, be calm and meditate. Prayed for a divination lot, Omekuji, and guess what. I drawed the same lot as the one I prayed for last year. Same lot number 12, same decipher. EXCELLENT lot, that asked me to have patience in whatever things that I do. What is the chances for me to draw the same lot again? Probability is really very slim, but it happened to me!! Really cant believe it. Could number 12 be my lucky number this year?? Hmmm..
Flight to and fro LAX was tough and tiring as usual. Minimum crew rest was given all becos of my boss. Plan was to go to Disneyland together with my teammies, but last minute cancelled cos we will be moving to Anaheim Hilton end of this month and the new hotel is just next to the Disneyland Resort. Wanted to go to Universal Studio but strong objection was raised, stating that its the same old stuff as what you see in Movie World in Brisbane. Changed to Knotts Berry Farm, but becos I couldnt get my Coach bags at Farmers' Market, have to go shopping at Glendale Mall. When will I get the chance to go Knotts Berry Farm theme park for its exciting rides leh?? Haiz.. Celebrated Boss's birthday for him while having breakfast. Throughout the whole flight he was so stern and solemn. But once he saw his favourite Cat darling, his face was full of smiles. Really a great difference, so fake. In fact the whole team took the effort to do something nice for him, go all out to find a birthday cake for him early in the morning out in the cold. But he's not appreciative and still gave us long sour face throughout the flight. Cant help but feel that he is way too bias towards Cat and other team gals. =(

Back to Tokyo, went down to Ueno with Ting to get our bags full of snacks and tidbits. My whole cargo bag is full of nothing but junkies. Hehe. No nice Burberrys Blue Label bags this season, hopefully my next SQ 12 trip will have nicer collection. *cross fingers* Yesh, I know I have lotsa bags already, but I just cant stop myself from buying more bags!! Someone, please curb my spending habit. =p
It was a pity that I couldnt spend my first V-Day with Dr. Ang. Was on duty flying back to Singapore that day with my teammies. But was glad that he was so understanding towards e and my job nature. Thanks dear!!

Oh, why did I mention that this trip was a jinx? Lotsa things happened to me.
- Due to my sun burnt from my MLE trip, my legs were peeling as if I kena some skin disease.
- The saddest part was, I forgot to bring my Nivea Cream Moisturiser. ARGH!!
- Forgot to top up my facial cleanser. (luckily could get it from LAX)
- Dirtied my one and only pair of jeans while I was shopping. Didnt notice the stain on the chair and just happily sat on it. Haiz..
- My "best friend" had to come pay me a visitation at the beginning of the 8 days trip. Sianz.
- Dropped my right side of contact lens in the sink when I was removing them. That was my last spare pair in my bag. Luckily my LS managed to spare me his spare lens but the power is 75 degrees lower than mine. Better than nothing. Beggers cant be choosers.
- The Coach bag that I wanted to get was sold out in the whole of LAX. Went to 4 boutiques to check but to no avail. Suay right??
- If the above mentioned still not unluckily enough, tell me what is??
So what did I get for this trip??
Helped Ferlis jie to get her Coach bag and purse, my own sling bag, 1 top and 1 skirt from Forever 21, lingeries from Victoria Secrets, Majorlica eyeshadows, sunglasses, polaroid films and losta losta junk food. Total damage?? Cant bear to calculate. Just hope that end of the month, wouldnt get a shock when I receive my credit card bills.
But well, at least Im all set and ready for the new year now. =)
