I gave away my 380 MEL and 2 days OFF for this superb flight. Despite the SUPER DUPER COLD weather, (I really meant COLD!!) I did not regret changing for this flight.

Weather is abit unpredictable. The first clear day we had, it was freezing 3 degrees celcius!!! My legs are shivering even after a 10 mintues walk from the steamboat restaurant.

YES!! Hot steamy spicy 麻辣鸳鸯火锅 on a super cold day. SHIOK!!

Moreover, its CHEAP!!! Where to find 10sg dollars a-la-carte steamboat back home? Totally impossible!!

After that we went to 夫子庙 Confucius Temple for sight seeing. JLPT4 exams coming so gotta pray for good luck. Whaha..

Had a hot chocolate and cakes at Haagen Daaz with my almost complete set of crew. Chit chatting, gossiping and laughing over nonsensical stuff. Sunset was so early at 450pm. The sky was already dark by then.

Peak hour at 6pm and taxis are changing shifts. Couldnt flag 3 cabs for 9 of us. So we walked to the nearest train station and took 2 stops back to our hotel. And their MRT is so simple. Only 1 line. East-West direction. So convenient. And they use the taiwanese style type of blue chip as their ticket pass.

Shopping malls opposite our hotel were not just HUGE, but also AMAZING!! Underground mall was enough to drive us crazy, not to mention the few GIGANTIC malls surrounding us.

Had dinner at 大娘水饺. A set of 18 水饺 and 牛肉粉丝汤. SHIOK to the max!!

Day 2. 南京大屠杀 museum

Sunny weather today and its not as cold as the day before. Not sure if my winter clothes (spag camisole, t-shirt and 2 long sleeve tops cum leggings, stocking, jeans, boots and jacket) layerings or the super comfy and tight leggings that kept me warm.

YES!! Im wrapping up like a 肉粽!! Whaha..

It was a terrifying sight at the museum. All the photos, findings, newspaper articles were giving me butterflies in my stomach half way through the tour. In fact I nearly puked, that was how bad it was! I keep telling myself, "dont read all details.. later at nite cant sleep.."

It was a gruelsome sight to see how the Japanese slaughtered the Chinese along the Yangtze River. Bombing the major buildings like schools, hospitals, shophouses and churches. Killing the innocent 190000 people as and when they like it. Invading the cities one after another. Raping the poor 20000 women who were so helpless.

And the group of "Comfort Women". Day time gotta served and washed clothes for the soldiers. Night time got raped by 4-5 soldiers who take turns to rape them 7-10 times per night. The prettier ones were raped 20-40 times. So sad.. So poor thing..

2 hours after the tour and the 3 of us couldnt take it anymore. We took the taxi back to the shopping mall for KFC lunch and more shopping. Whaha..

On top of that, I did my Gel nails with pink bling bling!! Just nice for Yaya's wedding too.

If only my Goose is around to hold my hand and hug hug me.

Just 1 more day....

Oh yes! My dad is so cute. I sent him a sms today..
