Just put down the phone with my baby, counting down together at Singapore's timing. Will have another countdown again at my 2nd home in 8hrs time. How I wished Im back home celebrating with you now..

And so.. 2009 came and went in a blink of eyes.

I had a fanstatic CNY this year. Managed to change for a HKG-SFO flight (at the expense of my LAST Seoul-Vancouver flight!) to visit Uncle Roland and family. Maintained my 6 off days + 4 days of annual leave = 10 days CNY playing mahjong EVERYDAY!! whaha..

Celebrated my birthday this year with lotsa FLOWERS. Yes, I HEART flowers. Especially RED roses. Thanks Vivi for the wonderful party, party and more parties. The girlies gave me a HUGE bouquet of roses too. It just made my day..:)

Dropped my 744 fleet recency in end of April and there goes my States flights. Oh, how I missed LAX and New York!!

Bestie Lindy celebrated her birthday and her wedding on the same day. Happy for her to meet her Mr. Right and take good care of her. The sisters had a great time preparing the gate crashing games and so was Bestie's mum too. Was being labelled "Miss Gan Gan Fang Wasabi" gal, torturing the band of brothers with blended wasabi + whole stalk of chilli padi. Im sure all of them will never ever forget. Whaha..

Went for a last minute 7 days holiday to Tokyo with Vivi. An unforgettable trip eating and shopping NON STOP, conquering places of interest with my broken japanese. Went to Disney Sea, the land of mermaid, Tokyo Tower, Asakusa and Meiji Shrine, Harajuku and even Gotemba premium outlet, but missed the cable ride up to Mt Fuji.

Lotsa jokes were created during this trip. Ho jiak desuka? Ho kwa desuka? Chio desu ne~ Just some inside jokes that were shared between Vivi and me. Whaha..

And this trip marked the significant start of my baby and me. It all started from a simple msg from Facebook, then we started chatting on MSN. Every night till dawn.

Went on our first date, the very night I came back from my holiday. Dinner at Ding Tai Feng, drinks at City Space followed by a walk at Fort Canning Park. A goodbye kiss sealed our fate, which till now is still so vividly on my mind.

Got my gratuity and signed another contract with SIA, while celebrating with my batchies at Swissotel Merchant Court for buffet dinner.

Travelled up to KL to watch my favourite football team in action against the neighbours, together with Bestie and OKT. Made our way up to Genting for a night stop and had dim sum for breakfast before we head back to the sunny island.

The 4 of us watched Liverpool in action too at the Singapore Indoor Stadium. Poor Lions kena trashed 5-0. And for the first time, you see Singaporeans sing "You'll Never Walk Alone" louder than the National Anthem during National Day.

Made the BIGGEST investment of my life in late August, early September. Shall see the end results in year 2011. :p

2 of my relatives came and left my life within 2 months time. Which sets me thinking, Life is short, enjoy while you can and never regret and look back.
Goodbye Auntie Sally and Cousin Mike. You will always be remembered.

Had GWEN STEFANI on my flight from Moscow to Houston and had the honour to serve her personally. Her porcelain fair skin and her signature red lip stick makes her stands out among the crowd. Indeed a SUPERSTAR!! Took a photo with her and made so many of my friends jealous. Whaha..

Covered Beautiful Istanbul and Super COLD Nanjing. Was happy that I managed to change for this flight before it ceased in late March.

Went for my 2nd holiday trip to Taipei with baby. Eat, shop, eat, shop, eat, shop is wat we did for the entire trip. Plus sight seeing trip to Hua Lien. Went with 3 semi full bags but came back with 5 bags filled to the brim + a truck load of foodies. Whaha..

Fell sick at my 2nd home in London and weight dropped drastically. All because of sore throat, flu and cough. Since when did the weighing machine showed a BIG '4' and I thought it was out of order. Whaha..

Lost count of the number of weddings I attended this year. Perhaps 6-8. But the most memorable wedding was definitely Wenya and Alvin's. The brothers, sisters and her cousins put up a short dance and singing segment for them which was so cute and memorable. Something that the bride had always wanted. Have a blissful marriage and live happily ever after!!

Got my 1st Chanel classic, courtesy of baby. A dream bag that I've always wanted. Used up my entitlement of 1-year-1-bag and will have to wait till 2012 before I get my next bag. Hehe..

Touch down from Paris on Xmas day morning. Booked a suite with the girlies at Marina Mandarin and had a hellavula time!! Gift exchange was the most interesting part where we snatched each other's pressie. Poker game left most of us drunk with 1 sleeping on the floor. Whaha..

Celebrated my parents' 31st anniversary before I continued party at Butter Factory on Boxing Day with Vivi and gang.

Well, 2009 didnt seems that bad afterall. Afterall God sent me the BEST pressie that I could ever have. But still, I strongly believed that 2010 will be even better.
